Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Body Haven. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  3. Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 15 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the new one.

Damaged or Defective Items
